I needed a last minute bouquet and reached out to Marina and explained what they were for. Not only did she help pull together a stunning bouquet, she went above and beyond to ensure the flowers worked for the situation and even hand wrote a sympathy card. A wonderful experience, a beautiful bouquet, and fantastic customer service. I will definitely be using Lux Flowers again in the future.

I reached out to Marina about doing the flowers for my wedding because I was genuinely excited about her work and loved what she promoted online. I clearly explained what I was looking for, but after our initial conversation, communication became extremely inconsistent. After not hearing back for a week, I followed up and eventually received pricing information. My husband and I discussed the quote and decided we wanted to move forward. However, when I reached back out to confirm, Marina did not remember the details we had already discussed. I refreshed her memory and then, once again, received no response. I followed up another week later asking how to proceed with payment, and still heard nothing back. After continued silence and multiple unanswered follow-ups, I ultimately let her know we would not be moving forward. As an out-of-state bride trying to plan a wedding, clear and timely communication is incredibly important. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of responsiveness and follow-through made it clear that communication is not a strong suit here, and it did not give me confidence that my wedding would be handled reliably.

Huge thanks to florist Marina! I ordered flowers for a special birthday, and the recipient was absolutely delighted! Luxury-level service, very pleasant communication, and the flowers were incredibly fresh. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Lux Flowers enough! Marina did such beautiful work! I ordered a corsage and a boutineer for an adult prom. I Goggle'd for florist and found Lux Flowers, which I had never heard of, so I called and asked for a corsage and boutineer. Marina was very professional and stated she had never made a corsage but asked if I would trust her with making me one. Absolutely, everyone needs to start somewhere so I agreed! Then at the last minute, I called to add a small bouquet for a friend who has helped me a lot and Marina said no problem! What I picked up was out of this world beautiful! Not only was the corsage and boutineer beautiful and well crafted (for her first one!!!), she also made an extra bouquet that matched the corsage and boutineer for my date! The small bouquet for my friend was also exquisite! My friend's jaw dropped to the floor when she received her bouquet, and I was just over the moon! I highly recommend Lux Flowers, you will not be disappointed!

I am out of state, but my best friend lives in Green Bay. Every year for her birthday and other special occasions, I get her flowers. This year I decided to try Lux Flowers. Oh my goodness! I will never order from anywhere else again! The experience from start to finish was incredible. These are the highest quality, freshest, most beautifully presented flowers I have ever purchased. Being out of state, you never know really what you’re going to get. These were AMAZING! The owner is absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to deliver the flowers when on the first attempt my friend wasn’t home. A fantastic experience and this is now my “go to” place for flowers from now on!
